Returns & Refunds Policy – Biopeptida™

We want you to love your Biopeptida™ purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1) Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened items in their original, sealed packaging. If you purchased multiple units, any additional units must be unopened to qualify for a refund.

2) Eligibility Checklist

A return is eligible when:

  • The item was purchased directly from biopeptida.com;

  • It is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging (including any accessories or inserts);

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery and follows the steps below.

Non-returnable items:
Opened/used consumables or supplements, items not purchased from our website, final-sale items, and gift cards.

3) How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@biopeptida.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA (return authorization).

  3. Pack items securely and include your order number/RMA inside the box.

Please do not send returns without an RMA, as this can delay processing.

4) Return Shipping

  • Unless we made a mistake or the product is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend a tracked and insured service. Biopeptida™ is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

5) Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for processing (your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the credit).

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@biopeptida.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost after verification.

7) Exchanges

We currently handle exchanges by processing a refund for the returned item and asking you to place a new order for the replacement.

8) Cancellations & Order Changes

We pack and ship orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email info@biopeptida.com immediately.

  • If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund in full.

  • If it has shipped, please follow the return process above after delivery.

9) Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns may be refunded as a gift credit. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.

10) International Returns

International customers may return eligible items under this policy. Return shipping, duties, taxes, and any import fees are your responsibility and are not refundable by Biopeptida™.
