Thank you for shopping with Biopeptida™.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and packed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 23:59 (CET) are typically shipped the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship orders primarily through PostNL and DHL, depending on your location and selected service.
Both provide tracked delivery.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days

Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

Worldwide: 5–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, weather, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders over €50 (or equivalent in local currency).

Orders below €50 are subject to a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your region.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
If you do not receive your tracking email within 48 hours after placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@biopeptida.com.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
Biopeptida™ cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier or customs issues.
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us at info@biopeptida.com and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
We may offer a replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
8. Weekend & Holiday Shipping
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions), shipping times may be slightly longer.
9. International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that customs clearance procedures may add additional days to international deliveries.
