Welcome to Biopeptida™. These Terms govern your access to and use of www.biopeptida.com, our checkout, and any services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By placing an order or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer, order, and agreement concluded via our website. Additional policy pages (such as the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy) form part of these Terms. If there is any inconsistency, these Terms prevail unless consumer law requires otherwise.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Products & Health Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication. Use our products as directed on the label.
5. Offers, Orders & Contract Formation

Product listings constitute an invitation to treat. We may modify or discontinue products at any time.

A contract is formed when you receive our order-confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order, we will refund any amount paid.

We reserve the right—within legal limits—to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, product unavailability, errors in price or description).

Once confirmed, orders may only be changed or cancelled per section 11 (Cancellations) or under your statutory rights.
6. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

Prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

For deliveries outside your local tax area, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged upon delivery.

We may correct obvious pricing errors; you will have the option to reconfirm or cancel.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna—availability varies by country). Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise stated. If a payment is reversed or fails, we may cancel the order and/or seek recovery of amounts due.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, carriers, delivery estimates, and free-shipping thresholds are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
9. Returns & Refunds (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return window under the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. For health and safety reasons, supplements must be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging (additional units in multi-unit purchases must be unopened). Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
10. Subscriptions / Auto-Renewals (if offered)
If we offer subscription purchases, the terms presented at sign-up will apply, including recurring billing until you cancel. You may manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your account or by emailing info@biopeptida.com. Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle; charges already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.
11. Cancellations & Order Changes
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact info@biopeptida.com immediately.

If the order has not shipped, we will cancel and refund in full.

If it has shipped, please follow the return procedure after delivery.
12. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (i) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (ii) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (iii) circumvent security features; (iv) scrape, copy, or reproduce content except as permitted; or (v) submit false, misleading, or harmful information (including fraudulent orders or reviews).
14. Reviews & User Content
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant Biopeptida™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Services. You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content (including text, images, trademarks, logos, and product names) is owned by or licensed to Biopeptida™ and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our IP without prior written consent.
16. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics, shipping carriers). Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
17. Mobile Messaging (Optional)
If you opt in to receive mobile or SMS messages, you consent to receive recurring messages (order updates, abandoned-checkout reminders, promotions). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting info@biopeptida.com.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biopeptida™ will not be liable for: (i) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (ii) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or (iii) damages exceeding the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for willful misconduct).
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biopeptida™ from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
20. Privacy & Cookies
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR and other laws.
21. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Consumers in the EU/UK retain any mandatory consumer rights available under the law of their habitual residence.
The competent courts of the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forum protections.
22. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
